Students

Your instructor reserves the right to refuse driving tuition should he/she feel it necessary due to the pupils misconduct, ill health or if he/she believes that they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs (prescribed or illegal)

Cancellation

When cancelling a driving lessen at least 24 hours notice must be given. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being charged for at the full rate. Lessons should be cancelled by telephone (by a phone call not a text message). U-will drive driving school cannot be held responsible for the cancelation of lessons due to your instructor’s ill health, vehicle mechanical breakdowns or any unforeseen circumstances. However, we will rebook your lesson as soon as we have a space available.

Driving Lessons

Duration of lessons is approximately 1 hour. If for any reason you instructor id delayed, lost time will be made up at the end of the lesson or carried over to future lessons.
Our cars are kept generally clean and tidy and smoke free.

Driving Test

The driving test session includes a 1 hour lesson, use of vehicle on the test and return journey.
We reserve the right to withdraw the driving school vehicle for use on the driving test if the instructor considers the student not to be at test standard. This is in the best interests of road safety.

Payment

Payment should be made by cash or cheque (cheques should be made payable to your instructor)
Block bookings fees should be paid in advance and individual lessons should be paid at the start of each lesson.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
U-will Drive driving school reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at their discretion.
